Vector Precision Engineering Ltd offer services ranging from the manufacture of components to customer drawings (1 off's through to batch manufacture), the design & manufacture of components to solve customer problems using our machinery or processes, through to the design & manufacture of small to medium fully automatic machinery using PLC control with pneumatic / hydraulic / electrical prime movers.

The materials used include tool steel, stainless steel, tungsten carbide, exotics (eg monel, constantan), aluminium, copper, brass, plastic, composites etc. 

We offer services covering a wide variety of processes including CNC machining, welding, grinding, laser profiling, spark erosion & electro plating. 

Some of these process are carried out in-house while others are carried out using tried & tested suppliers.  In this way we are able to offer a full turnkey solution to our customers requirements.  We ensure that our manufacturing costs are competitive through the use of multiple tendering for materials & the ongoing review of manufacturing methods.
